Apt-Lite 1.2 (for Palm OS)
Apt (formerly known as "Per App Prefs") is something of a mix between a preferences application, a button launcher and a macro program. The most distinguishing feature from other applications is that almost everything it does is on a per-application basis. The combination of per-application settings and arbitrary combination of events and responses leads to a tool that lets you customize control of your device to your heart's content.
Apt is available in two versions. The Lite version is completely free, but has certain limitations compared to the Full version, currently they are:
- only 2 target apps, plus the *Default* app. Full offers 30.
- only 3 trigger rows per trigger screen on the *Default* app
- maximum 4 apps displayed for 'launch-by-letter'
- no enable-on-reset (and thus no actions available after reset)
- an annoying splash screen
For more information on the abundance of settings and features of Apt and/or to purchase the Full version, please visit the developer website.
