lunigma: This is a great program, it's shareware but you can use it for as long as you want for free. I have had no issues on my 755P. If you upgrade manually, make sure to disable PowerHero first. 
EBuff: Great communication with the developer! Nice software. Highly recommend.Has a few small bug with Blue Tooth (I am using treo 680) but one can easily get around and a fix is promised very soon.
